Etihad Airways, another UAE-based airline, was honored as the best airline for customer experience at the World Travel Awards. The airline has also announced its plans to deploy its Airbus A380 on flights to New York starting from April, providing passengers with a luxurious travel experience.

The UAE’s tourism industry celebrated multiple victories at the World Travel Awards 2023. Dubai was recognized as the World’s Leading Exhibition Destination, while Dubai International Airport received the prestigious title of the World’s Leading Airport. Emirates, the Dubai-based carrier, took home several awards, including World’s Leading Airline to the Middle East and World’s Leading Airline Brand.
Etihad Airways also received accolades, being named the World’s Leading Airline for customer experience and economy class. In addition, their first-class lounge was recognized as one of the World’s Leading Airport Lounges.

More than 40 hotels across the UAE were honored at the World Travel Awards 2023. Jumeirah Al Naseem was bestowed the title of World’s Leading Hotel, while Atlantis The Royal was recognized as the world’s best new resort. Atlantis, The Palm, was named the World’s Leading Landmark Resort.
